Making Of doc

I had wanted to make this for awhile now due to the original Halloween Hack having such a doc but it took me awhile to sit myself down and actually type it out... so... yeah... But anyways you can basically consider this like an art book. I went over a lot my thoughts when making the game and I included a ton of concept art and other working in progress images.
